Timing
It takes time and organisation to ensure that your order is put together. For that reason, we require that your order be placed with us a minimum of 14 days before the date you require the goods to be delivered.
If you require the goods to be delivered within 14 days of the date of your order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs where possible. We are however unable to guarantee delivery on the requested date.
Deliveries to Countries Outside the European Union
Where your holiday destination is a country outside the EU, we will require from you a copy of the passport of the person in whose name the holiday has been booked. The copy of the passport will be included with the paperwork accompanying the order to ensure that your delivery is received by you.
We will remind you of this requirement before you travel, but please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that we receive the copy of the relevant person's passport before the goods are despatched. No deliveries will be made on Bank Holidays in the United Kingdom or on public holidays in the countries outside the United Kingdom.

· delivery date; and
· the contact name and number of the person who will be signing for you
We need a contact number for the person who made the order so that they can be reached on whilst on their holiday.
Delivery at Accommodation with a Reception
Full delivery address and contact number of the destination must be provided by you at the time of order and in any event before despatch of the goods.
For arrivals on a weekend we will aim to deliver on the Friday before you arrive however you should take enough with you to cover you until the next working day following the weekend.
You must check your accommodation will accept deliveries before placing an order.
Delivery to Private Accommodation
We can deliver to letting agents and resort offices that are happy to accept the delivery on your behalf.
Some accommodations, in particular villas can be quite isolated and therefore you must provide a full address to ensure that the order can arrive with you on time.
Someone will need to be at the accommodation to accept and sign for the delivery.
Where The Carrier cannot deliver they will leave a card with contact details and you will need to rearrange delivery with them directly.
Contingency
You should always take enough supplies with you to cover unexpected delays in delivery.
